Three-dimensional apple inflorescence modeling and visualization method is accurately proposed for the sake of achieving interactive designing, geometric modeling and reality realizing three-dimensional structure of apple flower and inflorescence. By observing and analyzing 3D structure of apple flower and inflorescence, we raised the 3D structure mathematical model of anthocaulus, receptacle, calyx, petal, androecium and pistil. At the same time, we get model parameter, integrate the apple flower and inflorescence topology structure information, reconstructed 3D structure of apple flower and inflorescence. In order to enhance the reality of the flower, we raised the generation approach of fine hair on anthocaulus, receptacle and calyx. The results indicate that this method is easy to control and prone to operate, it can reconstruct 3D structure of apple flower and inflorescence precisely and realize the visual simulation of flowering process with more realistic.
