采用干法分解样品,应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了板栗中K、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Cd、Pb的含量。研究了测定不同元素的仪器最佳工作条件、方法的准确度和精密度。在选定的实验条件下,板栗中各元素间相互不干扰,可在同一份制备液中进行七种元素的分别测定。结果表明,板栗中K、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn含量分别为546.36、8.41、22.38、255.42、161.65μg/ml,Cd、Pb未检出。方法加标回收率为93.9%~103.0%,相对标准偏差(n=8)为1.2%~2.2%,测定方法简单易行,方便快捷,结果可靠。
Abstract
The method to decompose sample under dry condition the determination of K, Cu, Zn, Fe、Mn, Cd and Pb in Castanea molissima Blume by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.(FAAS) In this paper, the parameters in FAAS were studied. The elements in Castanea molissima Blume did not interfere whit each other under the given experimental condition.so the authors can examine the seven elements in the same preparation solution. The analytical results of K, Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn were 546.36、8.41、22.38、255.42、161.65μg/ml,Cd and Pb were not found in the samples. The results showed that the recovery of standard addition was 93.9%~103.0%,and the relative standard deviation (n=8) was1.2%~2.2%. The method is simple fast, simple and convenient. The results were satisfactory.
