为了充分发挥池州市发展特色农业的优势和潜力，促进池州市特色农业的快速发展，该文通过SWOT分析方法从优势、劣势、机遇、挑战等方面深入分析了池州市特色农业的发展条件，结合农业区域划分的成果将池州市特色农业的区域布局分为西北沿江洲圩基地规模型特色农业区、中部丘陵产业互动型特色农业区和东南部中低山农林复合型特色农业区三个区，其中优质米、优质棉、茶叶、蚕桑、中药材、蜂产品、特色水产品和畜产品等的生产是各区的发展重点。文章最后指出了池州市特色农业发展的对策：（1）合理布局，科学规划；（2）开拓资金来源渠道，建立有效的投资体系；（3）实施名牌战略，提高特色农业的市场竞争力；（4）依靠科技进步，提高特色农业的科技含量；（5）充分发挥农民的主导作用。

By SWOT method, the paper analyses Chi Zhou’s conditions of developing feature agriculture from its advantages and disadvantages and chances and challenges. With agricultural regional layout, Chizhou’s feature agriculture areas fall into following categories: the one with mass characteristic in diked bases in the west north along Changjiang River, the one with interactive characteristics in middle mountainous part, and the one with agricultural and forest integration characteristics in low mountains in the southeast, among whichemphasis should be put to develop fine rice and cotton and tea and sericulture and medicinal materials and bee-related product and distinctive seafood and livestock product. Then it puts forward developing countermeasures (1) proper layouts and scientific planning. (2)creating more fund resource and establishing effective investment system.(3)implementing famous brand strategy and improving agriculture market competition.(4)developing agriculture with advanced science and technology.(5) bringing farmers’ initiative into full play.
