建立小鼠单核增生李氏杆菌病动物模型，筛选有效治疗该细菌性疾病的中药方剂。口腔灌注感染昆明小鼠，以临床表现与病理剖检变化为指标建立动物模型，运用中医理论进行辩证论治，筛选有效的中药组方。成功建立了昆明小鼠单核增生李氏杆菌病的动物模型，筛选的水牛角Cornu Bubali、生地黄Radix Rehmanniae等五味中药配伍的有效中药方剂，治疗有效率达90%，治愈率达75%。结果表明小鼠能够作为单核增生李氏杆菌动物模型，同时也证实中药方剂对该病有良好的治疗效果

To construct an animal model of mouse infected by Listeria monocytogenes and screen the effective Chinese medicinal formulae to treat this bacteriosis. Mice were infected with the method of oral inoculation, and animal model was constructed by the parameter of the clinical situation and the change of patho-dissect.To screen the effective Chinese medicinal formulae according to treatment based on syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine theory. Animal model of Kunming mouse infected by Listeria monocytogenes was successfully constructed, and the effective Chinese medicinal formulae including Cornu Bubali，Radix Rehmanniae et al. five herbs was screened.The cure rate was 75% and the effective rate was 90%. The results showed mouse could be used to construct a model infected by Listeria monocytogenes and the Chinese medicinal formulae had a well effect to this bacteriosis.
