The genetic diversity and relationship of 10 Dendrobium germplasm resources were analyzed by RAPD
The genomic DNA of 10 Dendrobium germplasms were tested with RAPD using 17 arbitrary 10-mer primers which were screened from 100 primers. The 200 polymorphic bands ofRAPD bands were obtained.The average of polymorphic bands of per primer was 11.8. The RAPD based genetic similarity ranged from 0.356 to 0.676. UPGMA cluster analysis based on RAPD molecular markers data divided 10 species into four groups. The results showed that the RAPD approach was more efficient on Study of genetic background and relationship of Dendrobium germplasms .
