利用加工番茄植株残体的水浸提液对加工番茄幼苗进行生长试验,研究在不同浓度的浸提液作用下其幼苗的生长量、根活力、膜脂损伤程度、细胞酶促防御系统的变化情况。结果表明,随着浸提液浓度的增大,加工番茄幼苗的根长、茎长、根鲜重和干重、茎鲜重和干重、叶鲜重和干重的生长量都有明显下降,根系活力逐渐降低;衡量膜脂损伤程度大小的膜透性和MDA含量都有明显增大,说明细胞膜受到破坏;而细胞酶促防御系统的SOD活性呈现降低的趋势,CAT的活性呈现先增后降的趋势,POD活性呈现升高的趋势,这种变化趋势说明为保护细胞膜不受膜脂过氧化作用的防御系统被破坏。
Abstract
Making use of water abstracts of internal of processing tomato are studied the oneself seedling growth experiment. Seen that the changement of seedling growth amounts, root vigour, degree of destroied cytogrease and cytomembrane of seedling, and the system of advance or defense of the cell enzyme on the different density of water abstracts. The results showed the seedling of processed tomato have some inhibiting lower on root length, stem length, fresh and dry weight of root, stem and leaf, root vigour have reduced obviously, The numerical value of cytomembrane permeate and MDA have enhanced obviously, showed that the cytomembrane have been damaged, In the system of advance or defense of the cell enzyme, SOD activity displays the trend reducing, the CAT activity displays the trend descending after increasing first, POD activity displays the trend rising, that trend have explained that defensive systems are destroyed protecting cytomembrane from peroxidation of cytogrease and cytomembrane.
