笔者首先从18种动物学制片常用的固定液中,选出9种较为适合鳞翅目幼虫固定的固定液,然后又通过进一步试验发现:30倍液量为固定液的最少用量;35℃为固定时的最适温度;5龄幼虫为固定的最佳龄期;4龄幼虫蜕皮后20min之内为固定的最佳时段
Abstract
9 kinds of fixation fluids were firstly selected from the 18 kinds which were commonly used in biological section-making in zoology in the paper, which are comparatively suitable for the larvae of Lepidoptera. Then through further tests, it was found that: Liquid amount of 30 times to the larvae’s volume was the least consumption of the fixation fluids. 35℃ was the most suitable fixing temperature. The larvae in the fifth age were the best fixing ones. It was the regular best fixing period within 20 minutes after the larva casted off a skin in the fourth age.
