安全追溯体系建设对于保障农产品安全具有重要意义。农产品档案是提高农产品质量、改进生产、增加农产品附加值的一手资料，对这些档案进行有效的电子化管理是实现安全追溯体系的基础。在分析安全追溯体系和调研农产品生产企业的基础上，利用面向对象和数据库技术建立了B/S结构的农产品电子档案管理系统，该系统结构合理、安全性高、操作简单，具有很大的应用空间。

It is very import to establish farm product traceability system for ensuring safety of farm product. Farm product archives are the fundamental datum to enhance farm product quality, improve production and improve attached value. Administering the archives effectively with information technology is basal for implementing farm product traceability system. Based on analyzing farm product traceability and investigating the producing enterprises of farm product, farm product archives management system (FPAMS) with browse-server structure is founded by using object – oriented and database technology. FPAMS has characteristics of logical structure, high security and handy manipulation, so it will apply widely.
