This article mainly conducts the preliminary study to the photosynthesis bacterium and the nodule bacterium coordination nitrogen fixation, including to different proportion photosynthesis bacterium and nodule bacterium mix employ to soybean root system vigor and leaf blade chlorophyll content influence .Results show that the photosynthesis bacterium and the nodule bacterium employ together when is more obvious than the sole employment nodule bacterium.
