The photosynthesis bacterium and soybean nodule bacterium mixture medium's nitrogen fixation activeness has the remarkable enhancement with theirs pure growth comparison, explained the photosynthesis bacterium and soybean nodule bacterium nitrogen fixation activeness has the synergism. This article mainly conducts the preliminary study to the photosynthesis bacterium and the nodule bacterium coordination nitrogen fixation, including to different proportion photosynthesis bacterium and nodule bacterium mix employ to soybean root system vigor and leaf blade chlorophyll content influence .Results show that the photosynthesis bacterium and the nodule bacterium employ together when is more obvious than the sole employment nodule bacterium. Considering all kinds of elements,2:1 of photosynthesis bacterium and soybean nodule bacterium mixture proportion is more fit.
