With a view to improving characteristics of Straw Densification Briquetting Fuels, by a series of experiments this paper analyzed the influences of stalk size, water content and compression diameter on shatter resistance and water resistance, which are the most important factors to the storage and transportation of it. Thus the optimized production conditions were found out and used to the practical production. It comes to the conclusion that: when the water content is 10%~15%, the stalk size is bigger than 30mm, the result is good ; while the influence of compression diameter is not so great.
