摘要

对巴西蘑菇进行了母种和原种培养基的筛选试验，结果表明：巴西蘑菇母种在新鲜棉籽壳煮汁配制的培养基上生长最好，在发酵棉籽壳料制的原种培养基中生长最快。

Abstract

This paper discuss the experiment about the selection by sifting of the nutrient medium of the female parent seed and mother seed to the Brazilian mushroom grows best on the compounding nutrient medium with the boiled fresh cotton seed hulls,and grows fastest on the nutrient medium of mother seed with ferment cotton seed hulls.
