摘要

室内通过对峙培养法测定了在不同的温度处理下哈茨木霉TH-1对棉疫病菌PB-1、番茄枯萎病菌TF-5、棉花枯萎病菌WF-3、西瓜枯萎病菌SF-1和水稻恶苗病菌FF-2的拮抗作用。结果表明,不同的温度处理下,哈茨木霉对供试植物病原菌的抑制作用不一,其中,以30℃黑暗条件哈茨木霉对病原菌菌丝生长的抑制作用最强,对峙培养72h后,木霉菌TH-1对PB-1、TF-5、WF-3、SF-1和FF-2的抑制率分别达到81.1%、74.1%、77.8%、65.7%和60%;25℃条件下次之;10℃、15℃和35℃条件下木霉菌
