摘要

以能抗瓜类枯萎病的黑籽南瓜、西葫芦和瓠瓜为砧木嫁接西瓜,嫁接后的西瓜植株表现光合作用速率和根系吸收面积增加;叶片中束缚水/自由水比值增加,水势降低,根系和叶片中的过氧化物酶(POD)、根系中苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性增强。

Abstract

The grafted muskmelon with black seed pumpkin、pumpkin、gourd as rootstock can significantiy reduce diease severity of Meion fusarium wilt of grafted muskmelon. The grafted muskmelon showed higher photosynthetic capacity and root vigor than the self-seed plants at mid-later growth stage. The increase ratio of bound water to free water and decreased water potential in the leaves were recorded in the grafted muskmelons at mid-later growth stage. The enhanced activity of phenylalanie ammonia-lyase and peroxidase and peroxidase were detected from the root or both roots and leaves of grafted muskmelon respectively.
