摘要
杨凌是我国惟一的农业高新技术示范区，解决杨凌农民的增收问题，对陕西乃至西北地区农村经济发展和农民增收将会起到积极的示范作用。在分析杨凌农民收入现状、制约因素和有利条件的同时，提出了促进杨凌农民收入的对策和建议。
Abstract
Since Yangling is the national unique demonstration zone for agricultural high-tech industries in China, solving issue of
peasants income increasing in Yangling city will set a good example of rural economy development and peasants income increasing
for rural areas in Shaanxi Province as well as in the Northwest. According to the analysis of current situation, imparting factors and
advantages of peasants income in Yangling city, ways and suggestions of accelerating peasants income is raised.
