随着中国农业发展方式发生根本性转变，建设现代农业将会在一段相当长的时期内成为农业发展的主要任务。为促使农业项目在现代农业建设中发挥更大支撑作用，笔者就走农业项目专业管理之路的必然性，从农业项目对象、农业项目管理主体以及政府投资管理的需要等方面进行了初步探讨；同时从顶层设计、培育市场合格主体、发挥行业协会的监督指导作用等方面提出促进农业项目管理专业化的有关政策建议。

Abstract：Construction of modern agriculture would be the primary orientation in the near future with the fundamental shift in agricultural development pattern. As for the supporting role with agricultural project in its modern construction, the author illustrates the necessity of professional management of agricultural projects from the perspectives of project targets, principal manager body, and governmental investment policy. In addition, the author also proposes some policy suggestions for the professional management of agriculture project from the aspects of top-level design, qualified market players, and the supervisory and instructional industry associations.
