对福建农产品电子商务发展现状进行了分析，提出了“福建农产品展示与技术交易平台”是服务三农的实际需要。在对农产品信息进行采集、整理、归类、分析、汇总和对平台开发环境、开发技术研究的基础上，以系统工程原理和平台建设任务为指导，以计算机编程技术、数据库技术、网络技术及多媒体技术为研究工具，开发了以农产品电子商务为核心的网络交易平台。重点介绍了平台开发技术，还介绍了平台功能模块和功能导航，总结了平台的现状及发展前景。

According to the analysis of current situation of Fujian agricultural products e-commerce, the paper proposed that research on the platform of Fujian agricultural products exhibition and technology transaction was of benefit to farmers. Based on the collecting, sorting, classifying and analyzing the information of agricultural products, and studying the platform’s developing environment and technology, under the guidance of systems engineering and platform construction, using the developing technology of computer programming, database, network and multimedia, the paper developed the network transaction platform which core was agricultural e-commerce. The paper introduced the platform’s developing technology, features module and features navigation. And then, the paper summarized the platform’s status and prospects.
