【研究目的】旨在瞄准鲜食大豆产业需求,针对性选育早熟、抗SMV的夏播鲜食大豆新品种。【方法】利用1.5万伦琴的钴-60人工诱变‘苏豆7号’,在其分离的后代中经多年多点抗性鉴定和产量、品质等性状选择。【结果】江苏省农业科学院经济作物研究所选育出早熟、抗SMV鲜食夏大豆新品种‘苏豆18号’。该品种具有较好的早熟性、丰产性和食用品质,并高抗大豆花叶病毒株系SC3和SC7,中抗炭疽病菌。2017年3月通过国家大豆品种审定委员会审定(国审豆20170021)。【结论】‘苏豆18号’具有早熟、抗SMV、优质等特点,适合江苏、安徽、湖北、江西、上海、浙江等地作夏播鲜食大豆种植。本文对该品种的特征特性、高产栽培技术作一阐述,供相关研究单位及农技推广部门参考。
Abstract
Edamame variety with the characteristics of SMV resistance and early maturity is bred to meet the demand of the edamame industry in China. The new variety is selected from the mutants of‘Sudou No.7’ with 60Co 15000 R artificial treatment, and identified through multi-year and multi-location traits selection for yield, edible quality, and SMV resistance. The new edamame variety‘Sudou No.18’with the resistance to soybean mosaic virus (SMV) is bred by the legumes breeding laboratory in Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and is certificated by Chinese Soybean Variety Approval Committee (variety certification number: 20170021) in March 2017. This variety has the characteristics of early maturity and SMV resistance, and could be used for summer sowing in Jiangsu, Anhui, Hubei, Jiangxi, Shanghai and Zhejiang. In this study, the
characteristics of‘Sudou No.18’and its high yield cultivation techniques are elaborated, which could provide references for relevant research institutions and agricultural extension departments.
