文章简述了“油橄榄丰产栽培和灌溉技术培训团”于2012 年至以色列进行现场考察、技术培训、学术交流与讨论。通过学习和培训总结出以色列油橄榄种植、本土消耗与外贸、主要栽培品种、主要种植模式、整形修剪技术、节水灌溉技术、采收与加工等几个方面的技术和内容。并根据云南省与以色列油橄榄产业发展的差距，借鉴此次培训的知识和内容，提出发展和推动云南省油橄榄产业发展的几点建议，以期为云南省乃至中国油橄榄产业的发展添砖加瓦。

This paper briefly introduced the "olive cultivation and irrigation technology training group" in 2012 to Israel on-site visits, technical training, academic exchanges and discussions.
