Abstract

The immunoregulation effect of the dry extract, sporederm-broken(SB) and sporedem-nonbroken(SN) spore powder of Ganoderma lucidum on the mice was studied. And the spleen/body weight rate, lymphocyte transformation rate and the activity of acid phosphatase(ACP) of the abdominal cavity macrophages of the mice were measured. The experiment results showed that these ingredients couldn't significantly affect the spleen/body weight rate, but could significantly improve the percentage of lymphocyte transformation, though there were no obvious statistics differences among them, and that the dry extract, SB and SN spore powder of G.lucidum could significantly enhance the ACP activity of the macrophages of the mice, merely the dry extract could kept ACP activity at a higher degree for a relatively longer period, but for the spore powder, the higher ACP activity could only be kept during a definite period of time, and the higher the SB ratio, the shorter the time and the smaller the dose needed to reach the maximum enzyme activity.
