Abstract

strains of edible or medicinal fungi belonging to 31 genera and 52 species were put into the first screening model system. And 6 edible fungus strains with the most extensive bacteriostatic spectra were detected and put into the second screening model system, in which strains E.F.15 and E.F.42 with the ability of producingcertain native food preservatives were screened out.
