    In order to find out the status and future development trend of research on improving the rural human settlement environment in China, 1617 Chinese sample literature concentrated on ‘improving the rural human settlement environment’ from 2010 to 2021 were collected from the research platform of CNKI. With the help of Citespace, we used the theory of scientific knowledge graph and scientometrics to conduct the cluster analysis, keyword emergence analysis and research hotspot trend analysis. The results show that: (1) in the process of improving rural human settlement environment, domestic scholars generally focus on five aspects, including rural elderly care, rural roads, toilet renovation, rural garbage disposal and rural sewage treatment, and have made certain research progress in all the 5 aspects; by using keyword emergence analysis and research hotspot trend analysis, the above five aspects will still be the hot topics of research in the future; (2) the existing research on improving the rural human settlement environment are mainly qualitative, with relatively superficial analysis and inadequate quantitative analysis. It is advisable to combine the qualitative and quantitative analysis in future research.

    Improving the rural habitat environment is one of the most important tasks in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. This paper mainly summarized the related research on the habitat environment improvement in China, including the rural habitat environment improvement and rural revitalization strategy, the rural habitat environment construction and beautiful rural construction, the key task of habitat environment improvement, the regional differences and existing problems of rural habitat environment, etc. This paper put forward the direction of future research, that is, to deepen the renovation practice research, to carry out theoretical research on the rural habitat environment improvement, to attach importance to village planning management, to improve construction and management mechanisms, and to study on effect, influencing factors and evaluation methods of the rural habitat environment improvement.

    To explore the quality evaluation method of rural human settlements’ environment, five first grade indexes (prosperous industries, livable ecology, civilized countryside, effective governance and wealthy life), and 31 second grade indicators are selected to build up the evaluation system from the beautiful countryside perspective. According to the overall score of each village, the villages’ human settlements’ environment qualities are categorized into four levels: excellent, good, fare, and non-satisfied. Six villages in one town of Yantai were investigated. The results show that there are some differences between villages on the overall scores and the first grade indexes reflecting the unbalanced village human settlements’ environment construction. The score of effective governance and wealthy life are relatively low, indicating more efforts are needed to improve the ability of village governance and develop rural economy in multiple ways to increase farmer’s income. The paper puts forward suggestions to promote the quality of rural human settlements’ environment, including formulating the development goal and plan of rural human settlements with village as the spatial unit, establishing the objective index statistical system of rural human settlements based on villages, and giving a full play of the role of rural grass-roots organizations to improve their governance ability, and developing rural economy in multiple ways to increase farmers' income.

    The 19th CPC national congress puts forward the strategy of rural revitalization. Beautiful countryside is an important embodiment of agricultural civilization, and the cultural and spiritual homeland of the Chinese nation. Taking Yunnan, which has a rich agricultural heritage, as an example, we put forward suggests on excavating important agricultural heritage and constructing beautiful countryside from the aspects of protecting village landscape, unique crop varieties and the publicity of important agricultural heritage.

    Based on the conventional meteorological data of temperatuer,wind-speed,relative humidity,sunlighr from 11 meteorological observation stations in Dezhou City from 1967 to 2017, the temperature humidity index (THI) , wind effect index(K),clothing index(ICL) and comprehensive comfort index were calculated and analyzed in detail. The linear trend approach was adopted to analyze the variation characteristics for each index over the recent 50 years. The results indicated that:(1) The period,within a year, for climate suitability at the comfortable level was longer than 7 months, and was about 5 months at the less comfortable level. April and October were the most comfortable months for climate-suitability of the year, and January was the most uncomfortable month of the year. (2) The monthly the temperature humidity index (THI) and wind effect index(K) showed a significant upward trend, while the clothing index showed a significant falling trend. The comprehensive comfort index showed an upward trend in winter and basically showed a downward trend in summer. (3) The year-round climate in Dezhou was relatively at the uncomfortable and comfortable levels. The climate in most years was at the more comfortable level. The climate of the city was at the comfortable and more comfortable levels in spring and autumn, which was at the less comfortable level in summer, and was at the less comfortable and uncomfortable levels in winter. As the climate warms, the comfort period in Dezhou was prolonged, showed a good climate suitability for human settlements.

    Based on the review of the country’s support for rural revitalization and the construction of beautiful countryside in recent years, the authors emphatically analyzed the problems and difficulties faced by the construction of beautiful countryside, and pointed out that the main problems are serious pollution of rural garbage and sewage, excessive use of pesticides and fertilizers, and the lack of rural civilization. By summarizing the typical cases of the construction of beautiful countryside in Huzhou, Zhejiang, the authors believe that the construction of beautiful countryside needs to pay attention to several key issues, such as combining the reality of the countryside, adhering to the market orientation and giving full play to the advantages of rural talents, so as to provide reference for the construction of beautiful countryside in various places.

    This study focused on the distribution of microsatellite in the genome of golden arowana (Scleropages formosus). The quantity and distribution of whole-genome microsatellites of the international endangered species, golden arowana, were analysed based on bioinformatics methods. The results showed that there were 354,239 micrositellite sequences with 1-6 microsatellite repetitions, and the overall length was 6139487 bp. The preponderance of mononucleotide , dinucleotide, trinucleotide, tetranucleotide and pentanucleotide were A, AC, AAT, ATCC and AAAAT respectively. Among the 25 chromosomes, chromosome 6 contained the largest number of microsatellites (28662), and the chromosome 22 had the least (6929). Linear correlation (r=0.999) was observed between the number of microsatellites and the length of DNA sequences they located in. However, chromosome 22 had the highest frequency of microsatellite occurrence(576.35/Mb) and chromosome 3 had the lowest(469.65/Mb). The result showed that the frequency of microsatellite was not related to the length of the chromosome DNA sequence in which it was located. The research provides help for the further study on genetic relationship and genetic diversity analysis in golden arowana, and the transferbility of the microsatellite markers.

    The paper aims to improve the evaluation mechanism of comfort degree of human settlements in summer. Based on the daily meteorological data from 1957 to 2016 and the hourly meteorological data from 2005 to 2016 in Ningbo, the authors analyzed the variation characteristics of comfort degree in summer and its responses to the temperature factors, and developed the evaluation model of daily comfort degree in summer on the basis of comfortable level. The results showed that: the interannual variation of comfortable days in summer during 1957-2016 was not obvious in Ningbo, but the trend of the start date of summer uncomfortable day being advanced was obvious; the diurnal variation of comfort degree index which was the highest at 13:00 was similar with the diurnal variation of air temperature; the comfortable and uncomfortable days in summer were significantly correlated with several factors: average temperature, average minimum temperature, average maximum temperature, extreme maximum temperature and high temperature days. The authors carried out the historical back-generation simulation and the consistency test for the new evaluation model of comfort degree, and found the results of comfortable and uncomfortable levels were higher, and in 2016, the consistency rate of each level was more than 91.7%, which indicated that the new model had good evaluation effect, and could meet the demands of business service.

    Public space of traditional village has both landscape function and service function. Meanwhile it is the carrier of rural culture. To explore its regularity and characteristics plays an important role in beautiful village planning and village landscape''s promotion. On the basis of interpreting the concept of public space and the domestic and overseas research review, the authors analyzed the constituent elements, function change and the layout characteristics of public space in traditional village, and summarized the enlightenment of public space''s features of traditional villages for the beautiful village construction. It was concluded that the planning and design of current beautiful village should not only follow the principles of adjusting measures to local conditions, ecological and environmental protection, being people-oriented and reasonable layout, but also inherit and use the elements of traditional public space, and take certain measures of cultural inheritance considering public space as a carrier of regional culture. The research results can improve the quality of rural living environment, carry forward and inherit the local traditional culture, and have some references for future beautiful village construction.

    To explore the coordination of the development level of urbanization and the human settlement in Ningxia under the background of new- type urbanization, with the model of coordination assessment and,coupling degree, we measured the coordination index and the coupling degree of the new-type urbanization and the human settlement in 5 prefecture cities in Ningxia from 2005-2015, and analyzed the features of space- time evolution of the coupling coordination for the 5 cities. The results showed that: (1) from the tendency of the overall development, except Guyuan and Zhongwei, all the research areas had an increase tendency of the coordination index and coupling degree of the new-type urbanization and the human settlement through 2005-2015; (2) from the time sequence, the coordination of the new-type urbanization and the human settlement of most research areas were high, except Guyuan and Zhongwei; (3) from the pattern of space, the difference of the coupling coordination at the research areas was not large, all the cities had higher coupling degree. Through the analysis, we put forward suggestions on the construction of new-type urbanization and the development of human settlement, including optimizing the city space patterns to strengthen the comprehensive capacity of cities; enhancing the reform of household registry system to promote the citizenization of farmers; improving the environment awareness of the citizens, and selecting reasonable speed and scale for city development.

    The beautiful rural construction is a modern and environmental friendly and harmonious way of rural development. This paper analyzes the ecological connotation of the beautiful rural construction, and based on that, underlines the relationship between beautiful rural construction and rural ecological compensation. It points out the importance of the construction of ecological compensation mechanism in the process of the beautiful rural construction. At the same time, from the perspective of transparency, communication, diversification, and the integration of industries, the author puts forward the design conception of a participatory ecological compensation mechanism in rural areas. The above results can provide references for smooth implementation of the beautiful rural construction and ecological compensation practice, and promote the process of beautiful rural construction in China.

    Beautiful village construction is the top-level design to realize the integration of urban and rural areas and to improve rural living environment. It is also an important part of ecological civilization construction. Beautiful village construction in the the metropolis suburbs is of great significance,not only for the conservation of the urban ecological environment, but also for the guarantee of the urban supply and the undertaking of urban resources and elements. Based on the field investigation of Caijiawa Village and Gubeikou Village in Miyun County, Beijing, the paper summarizes the experiences and problems in the construction of beautiful villages in the two regions. The paper points out that rural grass-roots organization play an important role in the construction of beautiful villages and promote the development from the bottom, which is endogenous motive force of rural green development. The paper also put forward policy recommendations for taking advantage of rural grassroots organizations to promote the construction of beautiful rural villages,including let the village elites play central roles in grass-roots organization, the implementation of the autonomy of villagers, promoting the endogenous formation of farmer cooperative organizations.

    The beautiful rural construction is important for beautiful China construction and to improve rural people daily life. Many papers have discussed the content of beautiful rural construction, but few articles talked about the evaluation of beautiful degree of rural, let alone the methods to evaluate it. Therefore in different regions people could not implement comparing among various villages. The article put forward a conception called beauty index to reflect the beauty of rural, contained five indicators which were village planning, sanitation, greening, economic development, cultural construction, adopting Delphy law, Nemero index evaluation method work outnumerical beautiful of rural which could reflect rural beautiful degree. It is helpful to push forward beautiful country construction.

    Based on discussing and analyzing the current development situation and existing problems of the countryside, the paper proposed “3E”agriculture mode by analyzing the domestic and international agricultural development trends and successful experiences. Take the operation mode of Fuxi plantation for an example, we demonstrated the beautiful countryside construction must be based on the theory of "3E" agriculture, with low carbon and high efficiency as the goal, with the ecological cycle as the core and with information technology as the method, urban and rural areas realized linkage development at last. Finally, on the policy background of the integrating development of urban and rural areas, we analyzed the practical significance to develop “3E” agriculture for the construction of the beautiful countryside from the perspectives of economic, social, ecological etc.

    As a new project to deepen the construction of the socialist countryside and promote the ecological civilization in Beijing, the beautiful countryside construction was another major innovation to the manpower of urban and rural development and the practice of building a new socialist countryside. Within the city, comprehensively promoting and implementing the beautiful countryside construction were the inherent requirements to enhance village renovation, build a new community, reconstruct rural housing and construct rural ecological environment in Beijing. On the basis of the research on the construction of the beautiful countryside in Beijing"s 16 districts and counties, this paper comprehensively analyzed five modes of the construction of the beautiful countryside in Beijing: industrial development model, ecological protection mode, suburban intensive mode, cultural heritage mode and leisure and tourism mode, and proposed the future direction of the mode of Beijing beautiful countryside construction.

    The improvement of rural human settlement is an important part of the coordinated urban- rural development program and it is the key to beautiful countryside construction as well. The author used a people-centered angle, took Yujian village of Nancheng street of Tongliang district in Chongqing city as an example, examined villagers’ satisfaction degree and the optimized direction through villagers’ people- centered approach and quantitative mathematical model. The results showed that the villagers generally demonstrated modest satisfaction with their settlement environment. In terms of soft environment system, they showed modest satisfaction with social environment, but dissatisfaction with economic environment; in terms of hard environment, facility environment and ecological environment contributed the most to the overall satisfaction. In conclusion, the optimization of rural human settlement environment needed overall arrangement and planning. The optimized countermeasures proposed in this study had common reference for the building of rural human settlement environment in mountainous and hilly land.

    "Determining the scope of the five functional areas of Chongqing", population factors must be taken into account. From the terrain fluctuations in population distribution pattern, we provide further evidence that Chongqing city is divided into five functional areas. The Chongqing 1:250000 DEM data, the county population data of 2010, with Arcgis9.3 software and the method of neighborhood analysis, a raster format of RDLS calculation is calculated and the size of the unit is 1 km. We analyze the space geography regularity of RDLS and the relationship between the geographical distribution of the population, mainly from the aspects of the geographical space, composition and altitude. Analysis shows that: the value of RDLS is mainly concentrated in low value, a RDLS value of less than 1.5 accounts for 78.82% of the total area of Chongqing City, the cumulative population accounts for 66.37% of the total population; high RDLS value area mainly concentrated in the northeast of Chongqing ecological conservation development areas and southeast Chongqing ecological conservation development areas; the elevation and RDLS shows a positive correlation; RDLS curve and population density curve exhibits a high degree of fitting, by using RDLS as the main analysis element, assessment of Chongqing City terrain suitability is conducted.

    Optimizing rural human settlement to improve households’ life quality and balancing urban and rural development are important parts of new rural communities’ construction. Based on field investigation in Gonglian village, this article discussed how to improve Human Settlement Environment construction under the institution constraints.Under the collective co-operating system, Gonglian village has advantages in financing, restraining behaviors of farmers, improving infrastructure and promoting social undertakings. But there are also many difficulties. This article introduced 4 optimum paths. First, encouraging institutional innovation and improving human settlement construction pattern. Second, optimizing village layout and regularizing dwelling behavior. Third, carrying out village renovation and leading living behaviors of farmers. Forth, total marketing to improve rural human settlement.
