铃期温度对不同棉花品种棉铃发育过程及纤维比强度的影响

摘要

通过设置不同播期来营造不同的温度环境,研究不同温度条件下棉铃及纤维发育特点,以及温度对纤维比强度的影响机制。结果表明:随着播期的推迟,铃期日均温的降低,棉铃的体积增大幅度依次降低。棉铃干物质达到最大积累速率的时间提前,且快增期持续的时间缩短。纤维干物质达到最大积累速率的时间推迟,最大积累速率逐渐减小。随着铃期日均温的降低,吲哚乙酸氧化酶(IAAO)活性峰值大小表现出下降趋势。铃期影响纤维比强度的主要温度因子为日均温和日最高温。

Abstract

In order to study the development characteristics of the boll and fiber in different temperature environment and the effect mechanism of temperature on the fiber strength,so different sowing date was set for building different temperature environment.The results showed that the average temperature of boll maturity reduced and the increased range of boll size decreased significantly along with postponed of the sowing date. The maximum dry matter accumulation rate of boll came earlier and rapidly increasing period became shorter. The date of fiber maximum dry matter accumulation rate put off and the value of maximum accumulation rate declined. With daily average temperature decreasing, the activity peak value of IAAO showed downtrend. Daily average temperature and daily highest temperature were mainly effect factors to fiber strength in boll period.
