    To analyze the factors affecting the competitiveness of economic forest industry in Nanchong, and formulate the development strategy of economic forest, this paper used SWOT analysis method to systematically analyze the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of economic forest industry in Nanchong. The results show that Nanchong has the advantages of rich natural resources, initial success of economic forest industry base construction and the full support of government policies. However, there are some problems such as weak facility condition in the industry base, insufficient scientific research and innovation ability, low added-value of products and the challenge from homogeneous products. It is suggested to increase investment in science and technology, accelerate the transformation of the research achievements, popularize the light and simplified cultivation techniques of economic forest in hilly areas through the demonstration role of the base, build the whole industrial chain and cultivate regional brands, so as to promote the sound development of the industry and realize rural revitalization.

    To study the current situation of modern agriculture development in some regions of China, the modern agriculture development in Shanghe County and Sunji Town under its jurisdiction was analyzed by using the methods of example analysis and path analysis. The results show that Shanghe County has reached the initial level in the development of agricultural modernization, but there are still some problems. Taking into account the actual situation of Shanghe County and the policies of Shandong Province, countermeasures such as accelerating the development of industrial integration, supporting advantageous industries, insisting on the leading of science and innovation, comprehensively deepening reform and promoting agricultural industrialization are proposed. In the process of agricultural modernization, we should pay attention not only to modernization, but also to the unique local culture in the vast rural areas, and give full play to local advantages, in order to realize the development and integration of industries and promote the process of agricultural modernization.

    Food safety has its source in agricultural products and its base on agriculture, and the quality of agricultural products should be highlighted. To lead agricultural development serving the health and nutritional needs of Chinese residents, on November 20-21, 2020, the China Association of Agricultural Science Societies held the 2020 China Agricultural Rural Science and Technology Development Summit Forum and China Modern Agricultural Development Forum in Nanjing, which has a sub-forum on Health, Nutrition and Modern Agriculture. The sub-forum, focusing on six themes of the dietary nutrition characteristics of Chinese residents and food science and technology innovation, developing green urban agriculture and serving urban healthy life, high-quality dairy engineering, oats’ role and mechanism in lowering blood sugar, China's nutritional and healthy food resources development, and nutrition environment shaping healthy and efficient animal production, invited well-known experts in the field to exchange ideas on nutritional health issues, explore the dietary structure more suitable for Chinese residents, and look forward to the role of modern agricultural development in elevating residents’ nutritional level and health in China.

    Agricultural science popularization is an important measure to speed up the modernization of agriculture with Chinese characteristics and to promote the development of rural areas. The creation is the source of agricultural science popularization, it is to transform agricultural knowledge and scientific principles into some straightaway forms, so as to improve the scientific literacy of farmers and the public. The study discussed the creation in modern agricultural science popularization from the perspectives of topics, team building, techniques, communication channels, and problems and suggestions. The selecting of creation topics should be based on understanding the demand of audience; the building of creation teams should be collaborative and include agricultural scientists as well as people from science popularization field and media; the creation should be scientific and ideological and lay emphasis on vivid images, straightaway skills and the application of new media technologies, expanding the dissemination of popular science works through the Internet. Finally, suggestions are proposed on improving the incentive mechanisms of agricultural science popularization and the training of full-time and part-time creation teams.

    Agricultural ecological environment conservation is a major strategic mission for the sustainable development of China’s agriculture and rural areas at the present stage. In order to implement Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization as well as the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, improve the conservation and management of ecological environment of agriculture and rural areas, build ecologically livable new countryside, and promote agricultural green development and rural revitalization, on November 21st, 2019, the 6th China Modern Agriculture Development Forum was held successfully by China Association of Agricultural Science Societies, together with Rural Energy and Environment Agency of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas, and China Agricultural University, to discuss issues on approaches of agricultural green development, exploration and utilization of biomass energy and conservation of agro-ecological environment, thus to make expert recommendations on ecological civilization of agriculture and rural areas.

    The ‘Rural Revitalization’ strategy was first proposed in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress. One of the key points for rural revitalization is to cultivate new agricultural management entities. As the first batch of modern agricultural demonstration zones and national agricultural product quality and safety counties, Shanghai Pudong New Area has taken the lead in cultivating and developing family farms and farmers’ cooperatives in China, and has achieved remarkable results and played a good demonstration role in the development of national agriculture. Taking Pudong New Area as an example, we studied its demonstration reference for other similar regions in the country. Questionnaires and telephone interviews were conducted with relevant personnel from 25 towns in the area. At the same time, relevant documents and researches were read to analyze the development characteristics and existing problems of the new agricultural management entities. The results show that the development of Shanghai Pudong New Area has the characteristics of rapid growth, rapid branding and diversified development models. However, there are still problems in the scientific and technological personnel of agricultural management, agricultural ecological subsidies, agricultural credit insurance, and agricultural facilities. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce agricultural science and technology talents to establish a talent team; increase subsidies for agro-ecology, scientific and rational fertilization; vigorously promote agricultural insurance, diversify agricultural credit; break agricultural land restrictions and give full play to land use value.

    In order to further exert regional comparative advantages, accelerate the transformation and upgrading, make the characteristic agricultural industry economy in Yunnan Plateau bigger and stronger, the comprehensive benefit, structural characteristics, regional distribution, organizational system and productivity of the agricultural industry in Yunnan since 2012 were vertically summarized from the perspective of industrial economic, and the main problems existing such as the lower whole level, prominent structural constraints, single industrial function, missing stability support, insufficient management subjects, etc. were condensed also through the horizontal comparison of some principal indicators in two latitudes of the whole country and five provinces in southwest China. The authors considered that the production of bulk agricultural products on the basis of large-scale as grain, oil, etc. is not Yunnan''s advantage. Fully use of the diversification in natural, geographical, biological and culturalresource of low latitude plateau in Yunnan, the differentiated development strategy should be insisted on and strengthened. The modernization of agriculture in Yunnan with diversity, characteristics, quality, difference in time (season) and zone (climate) should be continued. The characteristic cash crops, mountain livestock and poultry with large space for value promotion, distinctive regional characteristics, high technical requirements, having a better foundation and development potential in Yunnan should be the key industries and points in optimizing agricultural structure and distribution, adjusting the agricultural support policies should focused on supporting business subjects, developing modern deep-processing industries of agricultural products, promoting the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, expanding multiple functions, etc. in Yunnan Plateau, which could be as a reference for characteristic agricultural development in Yunnan and other areas.

    Under the background of climate change, China"s modern agricultural development is facing the shortage of science and technology communication system, which is manifested in the prominent "disseminator-based" idea, the inability of the advanced concept and technology of agricultural adaptation to climate change to spread to the rural vulnerable groups, the narrow channels of communication, and the inability of the advanced concept and technology of agricultural adaptation to climate change to be accurately and timely disseminated. Farmers"scientific literacy is not high, the advanced concepts and technologies of agricultural adaptation to climate change can not be followed and recognized and diffused by farmers; the content of dissemination is limited, and the advanced concepts and technologies of agricultural adaptation to climate change can not be actively and continuously updated; the combination of "science and education promotion" is difficult, leading to the effectiveness of the dissemination of advanced concepts and technologies of agricultural adaptation to climate change. The fruit is not good. Therefore, we should construct "five W hierarchical and hierarchical ring-shaped interactive science communication system model", that is, "modern agricultural science and technology disseminator system" under the background of climate change; modern agricultural science and technology information system under the background of climate change; modern agricultural science and technology media system under the background of climate change; and "modern agricultural science and technology receivers" under the background of climate change. The disseminator system; the construction of "modern agricultural science and technology effect system" under the background of climate change. This system model is not only adapted to climate change, but also to the development trend of modern agriculture.

    The paper aims to explore the combined elements of leisure agriculture and modern agricultural parks by analyzing the adaptability of leisure agriculture elements in specific regions (modern agricultural parks), so as to make leisure agriculture a pivot for efficient development of modern agricultural parks. Taking the forest fruit industrial park of Luannan as an example, we analyzed the combination points of modern agricultural park type and leisure agriculture in Hebei, as well as the embodiment of leisure elements in the park, analyzed the development thinking of leisure agricultural park and the application factors of leisure agriculture in the study area and so on, and found the deficiencies, thus to conclude that building leisure elements of modern agricultural park should take into consideration of the advantages of regional characteristics, resources and environment, and human elements, and rely on scientific and technological strength to improve the workforce quality and promote the integration of the primary, secondary and tertiary industry.

    Taking the national modern agricultural demonstration zone of Nanchong as an example, we summarized the geographical features and natural conditions of agricultural development in Nanchong, as well as the basic situation and main methods of demonstration zone construction from the aspects of the actuality of development, performance evaluation, mechanism innovation, opportunities and challenges, and the follow-up considerations. Then, we pointed out the achievements and deficiencies in the development of demonstration zone, and summarized its fundamental experiences of the exemplary, leading and radiation effects. Moreover, taking the supply-side structural reform as the main line, we put forward the pathways, tasks and policies for the cluster development of modern agriculture in Nanchong.

    The agricultural informatization level is an important symbol of agricultural modernization. As a major agricultural province, Henan is an important demonstration area for the coordinated development of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization. As a new demonstration province for rural and agricultural informatization, development of agricultural informatization is an important means to accelerate the realization of agricultural modernization in Henan Province. By analyzing the current situation of agricultural informatization in Henan Province during the period of “12th Five-Year Plan”, the effect of informatization on modern agriculture was further verified, and the referential empirical modes were summarized in order to provide direction for further development. The authors put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the agricultural informatization in Henan Province, including building agricultural data sharing cloud platform to improve the utilization of agricultural resources, constructing the Central Plains Agricultural Science and technology information port as an integrated information service platform to achieve efficient agricultural information services, and establishing rural agricultural information technology application and demonstration to accelerate the development of modern agriculture.

    In order to measure the level of modern agriculture development in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, the principal component analysis method was used to comprehensively evaluate the level of development of modern agriculture in counties and the global Moran index and the local index were used to verify that whether the geographically adjacent regions were spatial correlated. The results showed that the difference in the level modern agriculture in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone was significant, and the level of development of core area around Chengdu and Chongqing city was high while the intermediate zone and the peripheral zone was very low. Then based on the global Moran index and the local index, it is possible to locate the high concentration and low agglomeration region types to help to more accurately identify key breakthrough point in the weak agglomeration and cultivate agricultural industry clusters to drive regional development.

    Based on the promotion of national modern agricultural demonstration plot construction in Beijing, the significant achievements obtained in the construction of national modern agricultural demonstration plot in Fangshan District were summarized systematically. “Fangshan Model” with unique Fangshan features was created and it was composed of six sub-models which were special industry supporting sub-model, leading enterprise driving sub-model, recreation farm sub-model, valley economy sub-model, agricultural products’ quality safety control sub-model and smart agriculture sub-model. Then the typical experiences were summarized, which were adjusting measures to local conditions and strengthening industry to lay a solid foundation for the development of “Fangshan Model”, paying attention to make policy to support the development of “Fangshan Model”, using science to strengthen internal power to support the great-leap-forward development of “Fangshan Model”, innovating the system and mechanism to inject powerful force to develop “Fangshan Model” and strengthening publicity to enhance the influence of “Fangshan Model”. The six characteristics of “Fangshan Model” were summed up, including clear type, rich industrial types, diverse functions, powerful scientific supporting, combined stability and dynamic, and the combination of openness and half openness. Finally, the authors put forward the significance and function of “Fangshan Model” to the construction of modern agricultural demonstration plot in Beijing and even in China. And the development path of “Fangshan Model” in the future was also proposed based on the new situation, new aim and new positioning of Beijing and China.

    Development of characteristic modern agriculture is an important path and measure to optimize production mode and realize the transformation and upgrading. The main connotation and significant importance of characteristic modern agriculture were described in this paper, the developing advantages and the status and effectiveness of the current layout for characteristic modern agriculture in Fujian Province were analyzed, the developing paths and improving countermeasures for the characteristic modern agriculture development in Fujian were proposed, including establishing scientific planning, strengthening the guiding force of preferential policies; improving the scientific and technological support, enhancing the competitiveness of characteristic agriculture; promoting brand construction, increasing the additional value of characteristic products; strengthening seed industry, elevating the core competitiveness of agriculture; stimulating the cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, becoming in line with the modernization of agricultural development; complementing service system, strengthening the agricultural resistance to risks, to provide reference for the development of Fujian characteristic modern agriculture.

    Currently, many modern agricultural parks had monotonous forms and similar functions. Integrating the regional cultures into agricultural planning is one of the effective measures to solve these problems. This article summarized regional cultural resource characteristics and types in Anhui, and discussed the expressions of regional cultures in planning pattern and connotation. Combined with the specific cases in Huainan and Jixi, it discussed the route to apply regional cultures to agricultural planning. It is significant to make modern agricultural parks become the support of regional cultures inheritance, in order to protect and recover regional culture resources, and make the agricultural parks become more efficient.

    Shizhu of Chongqing county as the research object, using the SWOT analysis method, analyze current situation of the development of its agriculture from the advantages, opportunities, weaknesses and threats.     The development of modern agriculture is the subject of future agricultural development and the main task of agricultural and rural development. Base on previous research, the index evaluation system of modern agriculture of Zigong and the evaluation model based on AHP (analytic hierarchy process) were established in this article. Used the statistical data of 2012 in Zigong, the author evaluated the development of modern agriculture. Results showed that the score of the modern agricultural development level of Zigong was 49.22, which was still at the initial stage of the development of modern agriculture.

    In order to further strengthen the performance management of the Beijing innovation team of modern agricultural industry technology system, this article is based on the questionnaire survey which involved in all members of the Beijing innovation team. Using the PCA method to analyze the factors which influence the performance management of Beijing innovation team, studying out system design and management, goal-management, members' competence, members' quality and process management are the key factors to influence the performance management. The system design and management is the most important factor, followed by the consistency of objectives, members of competence, again is the quality of the members and daily management. According to the role and problems of various factors, proposing some policy suggestions to improve team performance management, for example, perfecting the team system design, setting clear goals, establishing effective communication mechanism, strengthening the construction of team members’ quality and so on.

    This paper analyzed the modern agriculture demonstration area in Panji District, Huainan City including planning background, current situation, significance, targets, structural configuration, function division and innovation points. Huainan City is an important large-scale coal producing base which is facing the depletion of resources and an opportunity of industrial transformation. This paper considered agricultural resource endowment, product positioning, spatial distribution, market location, traffic conditions and other factors in demonstration area, afterwards it put forward the modern agriculture planning with the overall pattern formed of six areas and one tourism zone. The planning combined several industries such as vegetables, food, recycling breeding, processing, logistics and sightseeing agriculture with new rural construction organically. It gave effective planning ideas of modern agriculture for industrial transformation of coal mining subsidence area in order to promote its rapid development. Meanwhile it would also offer a reference for similar areas.

    This paper analyzed and summarized the main approaches and achievements about transformation and upgrading of eco-efficient agriculture based on the Bright Food Group. The research progress and content of urban agriculture were overviewed. The bottlenecks in China's urban eco-efficient agriculture were analyzed scientifically. The author put forward some suggestions in favor of sustainable eco-efficient urban agricultural development in China, such as strengthening policy guidance, increasing investment, establishing industrial system, promoting scientific and technological innovation, building brand image, innovating "going out" mode, improving the environment, ensuring food safety, highlighting personnel training and reforming evaluation mechanism. The aim of this paper was to provide a reference for development of eco- efficient agriculture in Shanghai and other central cities.

    In recent years, the urban modern agriculture has become the main development mode of modern agriculture in big cities of China. However, while the urban modern agriculture is in pursuit of the maximization of financial benefit, it usually ignores the food production issue, Chinese food external dependence degree is getting larger and larger, some potential dangerous are exsisting in food security. This study took Chengdu City for example, presented an empirical analysis on its food production status and problems of developing urban modern agriculture. And suggested that, as the big city in west of China, it was the right strategy for Chengdu to develop urban modern agriculture, and it should emphasize on the food production in the development of urban modern agriculture, to undertake the corresponding responsibilities of food production, and put forward a certain number of suggestions on improving enthusiasm for rice planters.

    As the lastest stage of agriculture development, modern agriculture is widely used in modern science and technology, means of production and scientific management provided by modern industrial, has important significance to stability and development of society and economy. In view of the agricultural basic conditions of Yuanping, we discussed the development planning thoughts and program layouts including planning concept, strategy, principle, localization, general targets and industry choice, layout, etc. Through the analysis of Yuanping agricultural environment resources, to coordinate the urban-rural development, it should establish the pattern of agricultural development a special arrangement: one belt, two wings, one center and four groups.     In order to make clear the modern agricultural development level in Chongqing, used the statistical data in 2011 of Chongqing and come to the conclusion that the comprehensive score of the modern agricultural development level in Chongqing was 59.56. The score was reached by using standard value to standardize the data and using the AHP to calculate the weight. The result showed that modern agricultural in Chongqing was in the initial stage of implementation and Chongqing has already owned good conditions for the agricultural modernization. The author also put forward countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the development of modern agriculture in Chongqing.

    This article was mainly study the development of modern agriculture and regional differences in country area in Xinjiang. By using 13 counties (cities) as research unit, which were the most developed areas on modern agriculture in northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang, and using 10 indicators as an analysis factor, this thesis established comprehensive score regression model of modern agriculture development level based on factor analysis and cluster analysis. Under this analysis, the author made a comprehensive evaluation on modern agriculture development level of each county by using comprehensive factor score and draws a spatial variation map of the 13 counties (cities) on its comprehensive development level with the help of ARCGIS 10.0 software. The results showed that, the factors which mainly affected the development level of modern agriculture included: input-output factor, modern life factor and ecological factor, among which, input-output factor played a decisive role and its variance contribution rate reached to 47.22%. The result divided agriculture level of the researched area into four groups: developed regions, more developed regions, underdeveloped regions and undeveloped regions. And based on the composite score we could knew that, agriculture level was not balanced in those regions, 54% of counties (cities) were under the average level; there were significant differences on the development level in those areas, decreasing from the center to two sides, which showed a convex space pattern.

    In order to make clear the regional agricultural development level and to accelerate the process of modern agricultural development of Bohai Rim, the assessment index system of modern agriculture was established preliminarily and the data of provinces and cities in Bohai Rim was evaluated and analyzed, regarding the comprehensive development level of modern agriculture as general target and the input level of modern agriculture, the output level of modern agriculture, the social development level of countryside and the sustainable development level of agriculture as grading index. The results showed that Bohai Rim just entered the stage of development, with the composite index of Bohai Rim was 0.585. View from the region, Beijing was the highest to 0.798, followed by Tianjin, Shandong, Liaoning, Hebei with the index were 0.694, 0.644, 0.60 and 0.595 respectively. View from the city, there had no any city in Bohai Rim could reached the developed stage of modern agriculture and ten cities at the primary stage, mainly concentrated in Shandong (accounting for 5), and most cities were still in the preliminary and initial stage.

    In order to promote the development of Zhejiang modern agricultural park soundly and rapidly, so as to provide reference to the healthy expand of the modern park. The author took 17 modern bamboo forestry parks in Anji, Suichang and Qingyuan County as examples, using the participatory rapid rural appraisal (PRRA) method, the author surveyed the management current situation of modern bamboo forestry parks in Zhejiang Province. The results showed that: (1) the income of farmer households was structural change, traditional income of bamboo operating was gradually change to wage income. (2) Farmer households had the obvious character of by-business, and the level of land dependency reduced gradually, which led to the development of modern forest to a new trend; (3) Existing forestry science and technology were mainly government-led, technology as the main, and mainly relied on top-down administration to promote; Farmers’ demand for new practical technologies was large, but largely lacked the autonomy of technology options, the phenomenon of technical fault was apparently. (4) Farmer cooperatives were in the initial stages of construction, however, it had become to improve the degree of farmer organizations and an important means of promoting small-scale production and big market effective docking.
