摘要

采用毛细管电泳法(HPCE)建立猪苓糖肽的指纹图谱,HPCE工作条件为:采用电解质溶液50mmol/L硼砂缓冲溶液(pH=10.0),毛细管熔融石英毛细管柱(75μm×75cm,有效长度为66.5cm),电压20kV,温度25℃,波长200nm。猪苓糖肽的HPCE图谱有8个共有峰。该法具有较好的分离效果,可为猪苓糖肽的质量控制提供有效手段。

Abstract

High-performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE)using a fused quartz capillary column was employed for fingerprint spectrum analysis of Polyporus umbellatus glucopeptide.Eight peaks were found to be constant in all nine glucopeptide samples tested.The technique represents a practical method for separating and identifying P.umbellatus glucopeptide,and our data provide the basis for effective quality control of glucopeptide material from this fungus.
